sad to hear that you've had sub-par experience so far. but honestly, the few times i dealt with their tech support i used my real name, so i dont believe i was given preferential treatment. however, when it comes to their sales i do get better than most deals just because of the amount of business both juicy and i have done with mike and the amount of people we refer.
i wouldnt back them so much if they werent a solid company. i'm wondering who you dealt with on tech support...if you feel like it, you should hit mike up and talk to him directly
