I have tried their live support-- The first time, the support rep didn't even know what a c-class IP was. The second time, I had to wait 20 minutes, and just gave up.
ICQ has resulted in phone tag, and I haven't even received a reply via email (which was sent out sometime last month, I believe).
I will try calling their 800 number.
Perhaps, since you are a quasi-celeb, you receive special treatment, who knows.
