He knows about what's happened recently and is still hassling you? Tell him you'll meet him. Only have one of your large male friends meet him instead with a kick in the face. Guys like that only understand having the shit beat out of them. Beiieve me, he won't go away. If you're too nice to have him beat upon, call the cops, but i don't think it's as effective.
