I think the post area that lists each persons individual posts is horrible
Reply subjects suck and are redundant & in firefox the left area for the username is like twice as wide as it needs to be for some reason.
Glad to see that GFY moved up to 3.x though
I'm sure this upgrade is far from 'done'
