I'm pretty sure he put a price on it so you wouldn't ask "how much is it" and he said make your best offers, so it's pretty clear to me that he's looking for offers.. . .
I'll low ball one out there for him to smack out of the "get real" outfield but don't just bitch about it and not make a counter offer.
