Are there gonna be media police enforcing this?
The venue will be our media police or our crew.
I understand the reasoning but it seems very impractical to implement effectively.

yes, must be pre-approved or the video camera won't get in. And I MUST get the tape or a mini dv copy of the tape.
You can bring a still camera in just by "promising" to send the pics?
correct, there's only so much I can do, so hopefully people will be cool and send me their pics. using the pics are a no no without clearance.

As of now, I'm only clearing people I'm comfortable with, most of the people I already know. But if there are people who want to helo out and film, we just need to authorize you first and collect footage later. I'm being picky on who does this though.
