need motivation?

we're in similar ages/stages of life (minus the financial status)...

think of your boy wanting to go to park or beach and you not being able (physically) to go with him...how sad would that be?

do you want to live a long happy life and to enjoy the many phases of your kid's life? do you want to be a healthy grandfather to his children? or be around to see them?

those self questions have caused me to make dramatic changes in my lifestyle and diet....hopefully you can come up with similiar powerful questions to ask yourself to make the action happen...

no outside intervention is a be-all/end-all to producing the results you want....
