I have the o2 XDAII which works on MSN and ICQ great, not tried any other IM's tho.
as many e-mail accounts as ya like and it works with outlook too.
I'm happy with it, but the only thing i don't like is i'm not gonna have it in that big case so mine get's thrown around and the case is worn out quick and the earphone speaker cover got pushed in, but apart from that it's not bad.
