I was looking for someone to manage affilate programs/ banner placement/gallery placement. I will give the person 100% generated revenue from the banners for starters.
Basically letting you place your banner/affiliate banners on the site for free. You just manage the banner rotation pool and locations.
Open to working other things in there as well.
