Where I used to live, they provided boxes which has treated, shredded newspaper, which you poured oil into.
You left it next to the garbage, and it was given to the energy plants, since they could make use of it in this form.
Never left it out though. I normally took the box to a friend?s house, and we burned it.
Talk about smoke!
I don't feel too bad, seeing as though a single large volcanic eruption causes more 'pollution' to the environment than ALL of mankind had EVER done EVER.
