from another point of view, sleazy's joke completely fit the scenario of this forum - adult related and not giving a fuck. however, if someone posts their kids, you might have a little respect and not joke about them.
so...
1 - you shouldnt post kids pics here anyway, especially your own. i can see if its some random funny pic from the net, or a video of some kid falling off his skateboard. stuff like that would be ok.
2 - when people arent thinking in the right mind and post their kids here, dont insult them, even if its a joke. most people take pride in their kids, so a joke on their kids is a real slap in the face.
think about it, if you ban one of them, theres gonna be 9003345 posts about how it was unfair and why the unbanned should be banned.
id drop it and ban no one. but both of them should be warned to stop being a retard.
