Now to answer your question, the easiest way to submit your galleries would be to use one of the various submitters.
All will allow you to manually submit your galleries.
My two favorites are
Chameleon Submitter and
Nova Submitter.
If you've never used a submitter, check out Nova. It's fairly new, pretty easy to use and they offer a free 2 week trial.
I've been using it a few days and am quite pleased with the results.
