Why not use a whole bunch of AVS'es? I know that the ones FADE19 listed are all good, except I'm not sure about Adult Patrol...they've been around a long time but I never used them until very recently.
Here's another two new AVS'es that you should definately add to your list:
FreeAgeCard - another FREE AVS, no surfer tricks, they get a free membership with a free 3-day trial to a paysite. If they don't cancel the trial they get billed. Pays $20 per sale, plus $3 rebills!
