My understanding is that the 'Community of Canada' is used for determining issues related to 'obscenity', criminal acts involving sexuality.

Unlike in the US where each state determines what is 'obscene' or not, Canada has a federal standard and the recent SEG case was a huge milestone in extending liberties relating to more extreme forms of adult entertainment.

Comments in this thread suggesting to 'get a lawyer' are reasonable - I would suggest consulting a criminal lawyer from your area (in Canada) as it would be those pesky criminal charges you may be needing help with.

It has been my experience that many Canadian (criminal) lawyers may not be up to speed on US (2257) laws (just as many US lawyers know little about Canadian laws), but they can speak to most issues regarding any Canadian criminal law including any exposure you may have to US laws through your conduct in/from Canada. They may advise you to seek advice from a lawyer knowledgeable in US affairs.
