In October of 1996 they failed to track my gambling correctly. I happen to have won so I was not that pissed off but still....They offered me a free lunch to make up for it but the credits that I should have had would have been for more than that.
THEN.....In September of 2002......I stayed at the Luxor again...against my wishes...
It rained one night and my laptop was on the table under the slanted window which was leaking. I filed all the needed reports and they even sent a security guy to my room to get pics. THen I faxed them an invoice 4 times to get my laptop fixed. They say they never received the faxes. Always some bullshit excuse.
