I'm no hitbot expert but yes you can easily write a program that signs up for your email sponsors and enter a phony email address and even replies to the confimation mail it sends.
It is illegal and will get you into shitload of trouble if you get caught. I recommend that you stay away from that kinda programs as well as their programmers promoting it. There is always someone better than you, even if you try to stay anonymous... there are always the digital footprints you leave behind that books your bed next to Buba and his horny cell-mates.
