I suffer because it makes my double opt-in lists worth less...so I hate it because they are my competition ;-)
so, how do you suffer from spam? I'd be interested in hearing solutions and why some people have the stance they do.
I do understand it being a burden on mail servers and companies when the spammer hides their email address or spoofs another address...
