lol 2 B1 loads of ordance would pay the 2 mil for each of our soldiers lost so far. The Fed employees have pretty good life insurance plans usually but the other reg ppl in the wtc didn't in a lot of cases. It could be Dubya is trying to make up for not using the info they had on the attack coming the best way they should have.
But any which way they do it, there will be a bunch of folks complaining that they were screwed. Sorry to say its human nature. Just like the Ohioan that just was arrested and charged with saying his Dad was in the wtc... Meanwhile 'Daddy' is alive and well living in India.
