You are right but he/she tells all the co-workers you are a good tipper.

While working corporate and filling out expense reports, I tipped to what the company would reimburse. I do tip well if I am ever going to be a repeat customer (insurance). But, if I am driving a rental car and paying hotel fees that no one will remember me, I am a poor tipper. Let the establishment pay their workers more.

I am not that way with restaurant workers; good service should always receive a good tip unless it really sucked.
