It's obvious they don't have the money or they wouldn't be stalling like this. When do you think they will file? Do you think they will last until Christmas?

I have decided to sue them. They'll probably fold soon, so I doubt I'll ever recover a dime. But I have come to the conclusion that this is my last hope to see a nickle of what they owe me. File and hope for a quick settlement before they go down.

Does anyone else have anything pending against ibill?
