You received some good advice, trust me working in an office won't improve your situation... I work 9-5 each day at home and update at night.. don't spend hours and hours in front of the computer, get outside, go for a walk or something when you feel depressed... don't juse sit there and let it build.. go to bars on the weekends.. take classes or something. There is so much shit you can do. If that doesn't work than maybe you should quit, be someones office whore and fwd all your traffic to me..
