ldinternet... last summer towards fall I think quite a few of us were discussing starting an adult webmaster trade union... including such names as thehun (being in on it) etc. But it got sidetracked by the scoffers and other so called board heroes. I'd like to get it back on the fire personally. So if anyone wants to join in, feel free to pop on to my ICQ. READ my Lips guys and gals... The US FED Circuit Court System HAS said is OBSCENE... beastie is but one of them. Included on that ruling was NO US CITIZEN MAY OWN OR POSSESS SUCH ITEMS UNDER THIS FINDING. As in sites OR photos... It was found to have NO ARISTIC VALUES... also there were fisting, scat, faux or real rape, murder OR violence and a few others. The fact that no one has followed up on the court ruling is because I don't believe there are particular laws involving the findings... BUT that does NOT mean they are legal once a court has ruled on it. Our attorney said mess with those and you could be arrested under a Fed statute that doesn't exactly have to be real particular.

We don't pay an attorney to blow smoke up our butts so we go by what she says and shes been right for the last 6 yrs without fail. (Not that we were going to mess with those sick subjects) She just gives us new info as she finds it or it is released.

The old man is pretty rusty in Spanish and the dialects but when he read the terra TOS last summer, he said it said NO porn but worded in such a way that he couldn't translate exactly to English. I'm sure with you being bilingual you understand the differences in the translations much better than he does. He might not have been able to say it exactly the way it was worded but it still meant NO.
