That statement is false. They don't allow porn. As a spanish speaking person I went to Terra and took a look at the Terms of Service and this is what I found:

.....You agree to not use the service to upload, distribute, transmite content that: incorporates or makes available products, elements, messages and unlawful services that are pornographic, degrading, or in general.. opposed to law, and the moral commonly accepted by the public".
