So you're basically saying that you want to do something worse than what was done to you that you didn't like.
Or.. "What can I do to stoop lower than him?"

Such a waste of energy..
If you don't want him anymore, just confront him with the issue and tell him that you no longer wish to be around someone who claims to love you, but treats you with the utmost of disrepect and has no regards to your feelings.. Then just leave it at that and get on with your life. You're obviously not high on his list of priorities.

Be done, go on, and know that you're better than how he apparently thinks of you.

Naturally the choice is yours, but I heard a lady say once of a quote from her mother.. "If ya always do what ya always did, you'll always get what ya always got"..
