I also have heard a lot of bad things about their reliability and if you need 10 a day like clockwork I would be shocked if you get them on time 15 out of 30 days. And let's assume they make mistakes on most of them, which they will. There's no way you'll have them all fixed as quickly as it sounds like you need them.
There are a couple of designers on here who can come pretty close to matching their prices. I would keep on shopping.
