It appears I need to define outsourcing or maybe my initial post just wasn't clear enough:

I WANT:
Full time employee = I hire you to work for me full time, period.
I pay you every 2 weeks with a real paycheck . . .

I DO NOT WANT:
Outsourcing = You work per contract, you freelance, you have a "company," "team," "staff," "studio," "agency," etc.

This is an employment opp . . . If you're looking for a client look elsewhere.
