Luxor is the worst hotel in Vegas to be drunk in. First all the rooms have the usless slant that you can run your head right into.
The elevators (30 degree+ inclinators) will have all the drunks falling to one side as it goes up.
Stay at the Venetian (the private tower section is the best with your own outdoor veranda).
