I worked a day job for the first year we were pay and we didnt touch a dime of that money unless it was to go back into the business. Also this shows the importance of having up sells on your sites. Those upsells we added have really helped out during these tight times.
What you say is true, but you also probably know that a lot of people are still treating this as a means of secondary income and don't approach it as though it were a business. They still might need the $$, even if they do have a 'regular' job.

The problem is that ibill has been billing and rebilling my customers all along. If they have collected MY money, they SHOULD be able to pay ME. If they can't, it is either because (i) they are using it to pay (in full) their bigger clients and clients who have threatened legal action against them, or (ii) they are using it to pay themselves due to the fact that they have lost 80% of their pre-september business. Either way, that looks really bad for the rest of us.

I am small time compared to Lensman or Scoreland, but I do make a significant amount from ibill transactions. At this point I see no alternative other than legal action (which I really can't afford, btw). Otherwise, I don't see them paying us at all -- EVER.

If anyone here is in the same boat as I am and would like to discuss the possibility of legal action, please LMK. Any attorneys reading these baords are free to drop me a line also.
