My support team (Toine is one of the support guys) has to provide quality for my customers and to serve them as good they can. As you might now we are a highly technical driven company. We look further than good content and the quality of the traffic. We check automatically and manual galleries about lots and lots of technical issues like if they are spyware free, until if the connectivity is good or are there any glitches going on. We discovered problems with the host :

That?s the host where your galleries are running. They had some network problems. We think that it was a problem with the performance of the web server and the latency (the time it cost to answer the hit from the user and to distribute the content.)
It seems to be fine now but we stay alert and monitor that host. The only thing we want is to provide our customers with all the information we have to make there campaigns successfully,
