Actually that's more then enough to paint. if you go to walmart, you can get paint for $10.44 a gallon and it doesn't hae to be colors they have listed. I went in there the other day and bought 3 cans of paint. I brought along color tabs from another store (since they wanted over $20 a can) and they made it perfect at walmart.
With $100 you can get the paint (walmart), molding for your walls (lowes), borders/wallpaper (anywhere), and even new trim (lowes).

Well then ofcourse the trip over to the states to be able to show at walmart will set me back like $1500
