Yes on this one... I am using the paysite manager from Awizsoft.com and it's pretty nice. You can run as many domains on one server on one copy of it. It makes the thumbs and so on for you.

Yes I have members and recurring... and I use CCBill and Paycom
No legal issues to be dealing with. This is all in my name and there are no legal issues that would ever need your attention on anything.
