Thanks Bro .... as soon as I get in and settled ... I will be working 36 hours a day paying back everybody who helped me out !!!
But I need a responsible roommate to share expenses ... so if anybody knows anybody looking ...
Forgot to mention that the house has a large fenced in yard, and a large sundeck and pool that the landlord said yes we can have use of in the summer, as long as we are good tennants ... very young landlord (maybe 26-30 years old ... he seems very cool and easy to get along with ... him and his male cousin live upstairs).
