This was back in 1988, and black on white hate crimes are still not prosecuted as such. There have been NUMEROUS attacks on whites by blacks, because of skin color, just in the last year that were never prosecuted as hate crimes, or even mentioned as being what they truthfully were. But I bet we can all name several cases of whites being charged with hate crimes against blacks. This is not the fault of any race, however. It is the fault of the incompetent race-baiters that "we" elect to represent and "protect" us (even though THEY are the ones we need to be protected FROM). I wonder how quickly race-based crimes would dissipate if the media would ever quit fueling the fires? I no longer hate anyone based on their nationality (except for some middle eastern people... just trying to be honest here) and I really resent the media telling me that I do, and that my non-white friends needs to be protected from people like me.
