Normal revshare usually starts around 20-25% of net player losses and will extend up to 50% on very high volume. Some programs give you the choice of a being paid a flat fee per initial player deposit usually around $50. I'm not really up on the best casino affiliate programs but a couple years ago when I was promoting them
www.referback.com was always one of the best. 4 years ago I had a co branded online casino where I used my domain and logo and the casino's backend. I've been out of the loop for a while so I'm not sure who out there offers something like this now.
