It is just a matter of time before someone with a lot of spare time and spare money (that wants to prove a point) fights the automatic 3 month suspension law we have in Ontario...you shouldn't be able to punish people before they are even convicted of a crime.

Problem with that is that they are a danger to society - it's a Catch22 - innocent until proven guilty, however, if it's a flaming alcoholic they can kill someone while waiting for a court date. Sucks really -I wish people would be careful and not drive drunk or let their friends drive drunk.
