Really really nice.. In a few years my wife says (after we have kids) mentions this same lift surgery.. If she can have sucess like this Ill be very very happy..

My wife is a C-D natural cup.. But we both know after having kids (which we plan to do by next year) the puppies will need a lift.
I guess what we hear is true that kids just suck the boob right out... Flat tire.. Scarry but true.
Im glad to see your lift turn out so well. The scaring is the scarry part, but if you look that great after 2 weeks im sure by 2 months the trace will be gone.. Congrats on the nice work. I really really like it..

What kind of maintance needs to be done after this procedure?
Do you have to go back in for a rotation of the tires after so many miles?? Get em re-injected, or relifted? How does that work?

There are many docs that make an incision from the nipple straight down to the bra line, then cut the excess skin away to make the whole boob lift up. This results in a scar from the nipple straight down, like these:

Some doc's will slice around the entire nipple and relocate it... also something that I didn't want to do. I wanted absolute minimal scarring, and I think that's what I got.
As for maintenance, they made sure to tell me that no boobs are lifetime guaranteed, and that they may need to be redone at a later date. But, I talked with a lady that used my doc over 15 years ago, and she still has "perfect boobs" and never a complaint. The doc says that if I don't wear a good bra, that gravity can and will take affect over time and make them sag, but I will follow his advice and only go braless when going out slutting around (which I do quite often
).
