DUI IS WRONG AND AGAINST THE LAW!
However millions of people do it, some regularly. Statistics I was shown by a police chief estimated that it takes 90+ times of driving under the influence to get caught. Some people get caught after 200, and some after only 1. This is a bottomless topic and would be better left alone.
(Everyone knows it is wrong, and insulting someone for screwing up doesn't help the person change and move on).
