You didn't have a system in place i.e. local governments, Klansmen that sought out white people to persecute.

What cop is stopping you harassing you for the simple fact that you are white (if you are white)?
How many white guys do you hear about cops unloading full clips into because they were reaching for their wallets?
How many white guys did you find strung up in trees?
How many Rosewoods have white people experienced?
How many Tulsa Oklahoma's (another Rosewood type incident) have white people experienced?
How often are you called derogatory terms based upon your skin color? (we're leaving out your sexual preferences here because being homosexual doesn't count ;) )
