It all depends how you say it. A black guy can call another black guy a nigga. But, if they don't know eachother one sometimes gets offended. This proves that it's not just white people who do this. It's all races. I'm mexican and I have black friend. Sometimes it just comes out of me and I say "Dam niggi, you see that girl"
Besides white people don't say right anyway, you gotta feel it as a homie not just to fit in. Like "I got five on it niggi" that means I'm for real and I pitch in 5 dollars on the sack.
