I've got shitty knees too. Apparently, i grew too fast and everything was really loose down there when shit started to go wrong. First time i had a knee pop out was when i was playing paintball. Literally just dragged my knee across a mound of soft dirt when i was laying down and it somehow popped out. Second one popped out a few weeks later. Gotten better since. Do a lot of leg work at the gym to keep shit strong and tight down there.
