Yup, he's right about tummy time-they need to get some time on their stomach to help them learn how to lift their heads and stuff, and as long as someone is watching them if they fall asleep, it is fine. You just shouldn't LEAVE them unattended on their tummies, and there isn't a much safer place than on Mommy's lap.
