DIET/SOBRIETY: Day 15 - Down 9lbs.
I had a tough time at the holiday party on Saturday night. Had to leave after an hour. A bottle of Jack started talking to me.
Diet: Loose version of South Beach. No carbs is tough but trying to stick with it.
Workout: 45mins Mon-Fri weights at 530am. Alternating upper/lower body.
Exercise - heart starters during the day (Mon-Sun but not strict on weekends):
9am - 300 jumping jacks
10am - 70 pushups
11am - 150 situp - 100 leg lifts
12pm - 300 jumping jacks
1pm - 50 pushups
2pm - 100 situps - 50 leg lifts
3pm - 150 jumping jacks
Pants are fitting loose.
