Start off with carrots and apples three times a day. Add a vegetable like broccoli after the second day. Keep adding more vegetables while keeping your base of carrots and apples.
I have been juicing for years and have been barely sick. I caught the flu two years ago but my sysmtoms where really minor and lasted 3 days. The doctor gave me some antibiotics but I never took the pills.
