Why do all of you cut down on aol??..for many people Cable or dsl or any high speed connection is not available so they are left with having to use a dial up. So as far as dial up's go aol is awesome, 24/7 Free 800# tech support, multiple screne names, and email addys, very nice Home page, free non adult space for use for your non adult sites, free non long didtant dial in phone numbers from anyware...geesh I mean what the hell do you want for 21 bucks a month?? Plus they have AIM, which is much better then icq or that trialian garbage which suck your resources up...And if you happen to have kids and care at all what they find on the net, AOL has some of the best anti porn filters available...
And contrary to what anyone says aol is virtually never down. They are stable as a rock... Now after all that you ask if I use aol, the answer is I have comcast cable (which rocks) but I have aol as a back up if cable ever has a downtime and for travelling with laptop...but thats it.
