exactly. you ask all these kids at the gym, "What is your diet". They'll answer "I eat as much as I can" or "I dont have a diet". Actual food is a hell of a lot cheaper than supplements. Lean ground beef and cottage cheese is all you truly need, though you'd get sick of it quick. Water is also important as well
