what you do the night before is more important than the next morning.


Slam at least 2 glasses of water before you go to bed. Also replaces your alarm clock, as when you finally lose your buzz you have to piss like a racehorse.

Other than that, water and greasy foods (hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, etc) and more water.
