Trust me... I have tried... I had satalite.. and for the money... I would rather use AOL. DSL.. nope... phone company does not provide that in this location.
I look at it this way... I will be there 3 years at least (lease)... so if I get their basic services... abou t 150.00 internet and 50.00 phone.. that is 7200.00 over 3 years... I mean I see thier point... but I am close. (plus let's not forget I have ALL their service at my house too... internet, phone and digital cable.) They will get thier money.
Keeping my fingers crossed and if not, this place was not meant to be. But shit.. check this deal out... FREE rent till Feb... 250.00 a mo for the first 3 months then a gradual increas to 450.00 per month over the rest of the 1st year, then 450.00 per month thereafter.
Plus there is walk by traffic. (opening an art gallery/photography studio) Gonna shoot some content on the side ;)
