she didnt violate their TOS by using the free content the way she did , all she did that violated the TOS was using a thumb of the free content on a html page without a link to MP¨, that is a technicality as it was a preview for the members area WITH links to MP
if MP had some standards and dignity they would have dealt with that privately but they chose not too
