I have been away for a while. sorry... missed all that... missed most of this too... was skimming it really....
I really know nothing of the situation, you both make valid points... I guess it all comes down to the exact wording of the contract and what a good attorney can do with loopholes...
I personally don't know either one of you, so I cannot make any judgements against either of you, however, if you two are going to battle it out... do it in person, in jello, oil or what ever and let us watch...
