My fiance bought the domain heatherhamptons.com back in 02. It has always belonged to him. She changed all the info over to her name then moved it from webair to directnic. I confronted her and she responded by saying that I still own it. We al know that's BS.
The domain name should be returned back to me (well my fiance actually). If not, it is theft. The only reason I did not persu legal action is because she put into writing that it will be returned when our contract expires. Which btw, she wrote AFTER we parted ways.
